Eating While Preparing To Eat-A True Weight Loss Story
I struggled for a long time to lose unwanted weight. To the point it made me depressed and I became a closet eater. Ever found yourself eating while preparing to eat and frustrated on how to begin to get started on losing weight? Then your struggle is my struggle. Because I too have dealt with the burden of carrying an astronomical amount of weight and felt the mountain was too hard and impossible to climb. That was until the day, I realized, 304 pounds was enough. I had hurt long enough physically and emotionally and the time had come to do something.
My back, neck, and knees hurt, and my thighs rubbed together raw more times than I care to remember.
I was out of control with my eating habits. I remember standing up in my kitchen and eating a sandwich and a bag of chips while cooking dinner that I would soon eat in less than an hour. I was eating while preparing to eat.
After a wake up call visit at my doctor’s office, I finally faced the unhealthy relationship I had developed with food. I came to the realization that I wasn’t only eating when I was hungry, but rather, when I was hurting.
