Turmeric and Ginger Tropical Smoothie
Ginger and turmeric mixed with mango chunks is a delicious weight loss smoothie combination that both satisfies hunger and helps with our fitness goals.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ fresh or frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- ½ Tsp. each ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Add all ingredients in your blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Adjust liquid to create your preferred consistency.
